On the afternoon of August 12th, Song Tijin, CEO of CVTV, and Zhang Hongyi, Secretary-General of CISIF Organizing Committee, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. CVTV and CISIF Organizing Committee reached a strategic partnership. CVTV will be the official cooperation media of CISIF, spread CISIF to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the Chinese in the world, and promote China's ice and snow industry and economic and social development.



It is understood that the CISIF Organizing Committee and CVTV will carry out a series of cooperation to use CVTV's new media advantages in innovative ways to promote ice and snow sports to overseas Chinese communities and help the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics to be successfully held. The Organizing Committee of CISIF as Party A authorizes CVTV to have the right to publish overseas videos and related sports of CISIF; CVTV has the official right to publish official information, activities and other news of the CISIF Organizing Committee, and to cooperate with third-party overseas media for broadcasting and activity cooperation rights.



Song Tijin, CEO of CVTV, said that CVTV will take advantage of its own platform with more than 4 million overseas audiences to promote and spread China's ice and snow sports, and spread the ice and snow culture with Chinese characteristics, and to mobilize the public's enthusiasm to participate in ice and snow sports, create a new way of fashionable life, spread the positive energy of ice and snow sports, exhibit more Chinese "breakthroughs" to the world, and show more Chinese ice and snow culture.

Party A is an American company trading on the OTC market (symbol:CVTV) and is a new media company that has a cross-strait, global presence and a global audience of 3.5 million (including Facebook, Weibo, Miaopai, and other Internet (www.chinavtv.tw) and Internet TV. Party A is currently working towards listing on NASDAQ.

Party A (or a third party designated by Party A) shall acquire all of Party B’s shares. The three parties agree that Party B’s valuation is: RMB 50 million x 12 times PE = RMB 600 million (= $84 million).

The Stock Option Agreement provides that the Options shall become exercisable on September 29, 2020, one year from the Grant Date, and shall expire on September 29, 2026. Subject to the terms of the Stock Option Agreement and Plan, the Options shall vest in equal amounts each quarter from the Grant Date.

$2.6 Billion Market Cap does seem just a tad high. The low volume has made it very hard to get filled.

yea all three of us, you Adijas and I all got shares that day, took forever to run, but def. worth it.

I think I was the first buyer there after the change of control in 2017 @ .15, for 5K shares, but it had traded previously, it was pretty thinly traded historically, but wasn't a brand new issue.

I hardly ever get any of those cheap drops, that many of the Asian tickers start off trading with, those almost always go to insiders or MM's. Doesn't matter if your the high bidder on L2 or not, they tend to conveniently get those shares......which is quite frustrating....lol.

You had to do well on EC_RD tho, right? I'm holding most of mine but no longer have that money issue now lol, back in the game so to say.

Oh, I know, I rarely ever catch a lucky break like that. I don't recall exactly, but I think shortly after the .10 dropped, a bidder showed at like .50 or more.....I was PO'ed because I had been watching very closely, and was thinking about putting a bid in, but for whatever reason didn't......probably lack of $$$ at the time...lol. That's usually my problem, too many plays and not enough money to go around.

No never did, I tried, kept a bid in back when it was TBMM for quite awhile, when I saw the first shares drop @ .10, but never got filled. I followed some of the other tickers that use attorney Andrew Befumo, when they filed their S1's, and recalled those having decent promo's, or runs,.....however, once the pps started getting higher, I stopped following as closely.

Finally starting to see some shares appear on the ask here and BMIC popped up on the bid Friday afternoon as well @ .35, so it could be getting ready to go.

From a DD perspective it doesn't necessarily look that interesting to me but then again is this really going to be a company selling bamboo tshirts...?? Especially after the recent Chinese change of control, perhaps a RM in in the works, hard to say.

Could be a good, just have to watch the trading, see what happens.
