SEC 1344 (05-06) Persons who are to respond to the collection of information contained in this form are not required to respond unless the form displays a currently valid OMB control number.

 

The Registrant is unable to complete the preparation of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018 within the prescribed time period because it experienced unforeseen delays in the collection and compilation of certain financial and other data to be included in the report and the associated audited financial statements and notes. This information could not have been obtained without unreasonable effort or expense to the Registrant. The Registrant is working diligently to finalize this data and anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 within the prescribed period allowed by Rule 12b-25.
