Got to get more eyes on this one. What are you expecting in the next financial report? Has it ever been said how much the contract with IEC Israel Electric is worth? How much revenue will we see in that next report, which I think is the Annual Report?

This has been one of my favorite bag holder stocks. I started buying this in 2021. I do like seeing volume and want a lot more too.

Also - IMHO the story to share, the next quarterly will show latest revenue numbers, and has a good chance of announcing some new contracts with further revenue growth! I've shared over on Reddit...no longer have an X/Twitter acct, so it would be useful for someone to share info about DUKR there. And it could be useful to share info on popular boards here on IHub(note: some don't allow OTC stock postings)?

I'd say a dumb very short-term looking bagholder from the .30s; and manipulation...on 15K shares? Means little. BUT we really need more consistent volume...that's why I hope any shareholders share info about the company. The company is virtually unknown...but now the recent news can show a future of consistent revenue. Won't need many buyers to get to $1 range. I'd say it could be useful to find the most recent numbers on Insider Ownership. And updated Float.

The volume continues...that is key to a run toward $1. Any thoughts to a current valuation, based on new commercial revenue? I think we need to press the company to make some kind of forward statement about their business goals(revenue target?). How long does the agreement with Elbit run? $DUKR - hitting .27 !! New year is having its effect...and revenue.

$DUKR - breaking into .20s today on volume. Over 100K traded...that is likely a high for the last year. This reached .90s last time it ran...maybe it broke $1..can't remember. Get in under .20 this week, and I think you'll find a nice gain.

It is some kind of clause to keep anyone from taking an activist role against company? I don't like the people running this company...and they are just sucking it dry in my opinion. There have been 2 very marketable products created...and then mismanaged...do shareholders have any recourse? have you ever been able to contact anyone of note at the company? I have only received one email response...and that was 2-3 yrs ago. Here is a copy of that email; I've responded 3 times since then, asking for info about why there is no viable business plan by USDR. No response. I'm thinking to try and call one of these underperforming management team.

I saw the warrant extension for some more time. So, I guess the gave back a higher exercise price. But, I can't wrap my head around this....

Buying coming in this week for first time in a long while. Investor Warrants were repriced from .40 to .65, which I take as a positive, and also the exploration date was moved out a year I believe. Check Sec filings.

Could be...I looked up all the people on the 13D and this has to be a problem value-of-time/money issue for these guys. So, maybe they cleaned up the paperwork with a 13D and off to another deal/company?

We still got $2.6M in the bank and very little debt I due believe!

It can't be helping; and we'll never know how it is affecting. It is really sad that good tech is just sitting on a shelf, AFAWK. Seems to me these people have too much money, and don't care about a small-time operation like this one.

I meant to say. I don't think wars zones or in general, are good for public companies. So, a merger out of country works for me, them, everyone, I think!

I bought some more in the 10. - 11. prices range wasn't as lucky to get any of the .08 stuff. But, they filed a updated the 13D on 1/29/2024. So, I think something is going on otherwise why update it. But Items 3 and 4 are missing Items 1,2, 5, 6 and 7 are there - just no 3 and 4??? why not those are the most important items (explains what's going on with share changes and why) pretty important. Plus, on the 13D's last page, a list of all who own 5% or more. So, for the heck of it I looked them up. To my surprise they are all serious at making money and all of them are involved in publicly listed stock exchange traded funds. So, USDR seems to me to be a pet-project (personal issue) and I don't think failure is an option for them. Because their funds funded this deal. Worst case they'll merge it into something like AI with the $2.6 million still on the books and make us a ton of cash, who knows. But, I highly doubt they let this deal just blow away since their own funds have money at risk. That's why I added. But, I could be wrong.

This video of the IC Drone was posted on the USDR/Duke website some months back, it was actually created for Israel Electric Corp or IEC and shows how the drone works and the team that operates it.

Looks like a great product! What are the company plans for it? Anyone have any info? USDR/Duke/Elbit, please give shareholders an update!! Good luck to investors.
