Randall Kohl, the former Metropolitan Financial Holdings Business Manager has been scamming people thru his many companies his entire life. But now the walls are closing in on him as he vanished.
convincingly posed as a film executive producer and ultimately signed a contract with myself and my production company Lumiart LLC for the financing of a feature film to be produced by Lumiart LLC. Shortly after we signed the agreement the delays and excuses begun. The deadlines stated in the contract were broken, the funding was delayed week after week then month after month until he finally vanished misappropriating Lumiart's funds.  We repeatedly tried to contact him but he cancelled his phone numbers, sold his house, changed his addresses, took down his web sites, stopped answering emails and erased all his internet presence. 
I have attorneys and detectives working on this case and after a court hearing earlier this year, on Feb 14 2017 the LOS ANGELES DAILY JOURNAL published a notice to the defendant Randall Alan Kohl officially and legally serving him through publication. 
If him or his attorneys do not respond he will lose the case by default and be convicted.The consequences are not to be taken lightly; his wages, money and property may be taken without further warning from the court. And that's just the beginning. Time is running out for Randall Kohl and he will soon officially be a WANTED man. 
I encourage anyone who has ever been scammed or had any kind of contact with Randall Alan Kohl to come forward and help in this investigation.

I have worked in two environmental consulting firms and the market tends to go up and down depending on need of service.

It's getting pretty hot again especially with so many bid contracts going up. Wouldn't be surprised if EVSP locked in a few contracts with their specialty field. Going to be a good 2014.

I'm in just above 1 cent (averaged down a lot) so I've been holding for awhile. The business model seems sound and what they are trying to do could be great but as always its that small matter of execution.

Last I heard they were still looking for financing so they could do the work necessary to get compliant.

I haven't talked to them in months now and was pleasantly surprised to see some activity on the share price the other day.

I hope you're right and they get things together!

Based on my own experiences, an email won't get any results.

Maybe you'll have better luck with an email than I did but I think you're going to have to call them.

The updates I get from them are always positive but yet here we are. Hopefully things turn around soon.
