I wondered about a late filing notice too, but it's probably an erroneous step due to the fact that we're already in EM.

I wondered on that but believe they've already spoken with the regulatory board, so possible that they didn't need to?? The annual was the hardest and first important step. The rest should drop at the same time. Just my opinion.

I don’t think there is too many shares available. I’ll keep orders in daily and see what happens but I doubt I’ll get that many shares.

10k shares at 006 return in the teens or higher is a nice trade profit swing. Imagine .60+ or higher.. $60 to $6k..

Yep, Sub .01 shares are a major gift. There isn't much available, or shares the MMS are willing to part with. Quarterlys should be finishing or finished. Could drop at anytime....

I wouldn’t put too much into the shares that traded today as it was all mine. I tried several times to get some at .0008 with no luck so raised the bid to .004 and got like 400 so rather than waste the 10$ trade on 400 shares I modified it late in the day to .0006. So I guess the one thing is in Canada we definitely can still trade the stock.

The shares are so nominal that I actually believe they are mm cues on open. Been watching the nominal prints throughout the em. It'll be a big grab at open eh?

A letter to shareholders definitely would be a nice gesture. If we go back to when they first lost QB status wasn’t it because they couldn’t produce audited financials? That’s a year ago. They’ve had a lot of time. And even if those are a big hold up why not at least put out quarterly’s and say we’re working on the annual audits still?

I'm sure there's an ongoing audit. If there's issues and concerns regarding recent acquisitions or previous book keeping, that'll require time for restatements.
A letter to shareholders on the process and timelines would have been nice to have. Maybe they will??
