On January 4, 2013, our company's board of directors approved to effect a 25 new for one (1) old forward split of our authorized, issued and outstanding shares of common stock. Upon effect of the forward split, our authorized capital will be increased from 75,000,000 to 1,875,000,000 shares of common stock and correspondingly, our issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be increased from 11,440,000 to 286,000,000 shares of common stock, all with a par value of $0.001.

These amendments are currently under review with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"). We will announce the completion of FINRA review and the effectiveness of these changes on the market by filing a Current Report on Form 8-K.
