I am of the opinion that any funds received by the banking affiliated outfits find a way to pool those funds into a constant rotating gen. fund that is IMMEDIATELY accounted for as an 'interest generating' deposit...for them. Making money on our money while we wait for them to let us use it for any transaction we wish to make. I was born a cynic.

Warning, Buck ... I trade with Fidelity and deposit checks periodically (although to my CMA). Fidelity's current standard hold time for a deposited check is literally 20 business days. The hold time is NOT predicated on the amount at all. It applies across the board regarding check amounts. According to Fidelity, the rationale for this ridiculously long hold period is recent check fraud across the industry. Also, it doesn't factor-in customer relationship time at all. I trust what Fidelity is telling me about recent fraud. However, I think the temporary security steps are over the top ... especially UNANNOUNCED. I first learned about the temporary security measures when funds were not available (deposited two weeks earlier) for a check written from my CMA account ... very embarrassing.

E-trade cashed a recent check I sent in (electronically). Nearly a week ago. I still have not received authorization to use it to buy additional shares of GTCH come Tuesday. All BS if you ask me!

Superb can. Everything right now being submitted via SEC/OTC reporting goes on the dark web. Behind the scenes activity, given it nature, goes unnoticed by the general public retail traders.

All the action right now DOES seem centered on BNIX activities. ALL behind doors with 18+ boiler plate extensions for the retail traders' delight. Worn out hearing it. Even their mild share trade interest the other day SAYS nothing from my point of view.

The patent update DOES perk me up. Very happy to hear ANYTHING in that regard. I still see that avenue as the prime source to generating significant revenues.

Sadly, given the silence treatment as a SH, my dark cloud of being screwed over as a SH still does persist. Been there, done that (to me as a SH) many times over my being a trader all these years. Happened once, it can happen again. Management/insider greed has a way of making SHs hold the short straw.

I noticed as well......BNIX hit a 52 wk high on some volume. Closed off the highs. Also, BNIXW (Bannix warrants) had a huge surge in volume on Friday.

Great post buddy. I can speak for myself and say I’m in basically the exact same boat. Live a nice, comfortable life with my cats. A modest life but comfortable. But…yeah you’re right - wouldn’t it be nice to never have a care financially and be able to fly first class all over the world? Travel, and having no concerns with healthcare issues affecting finances, would be two great things. Women? I dunno…I watch too much 48 Hours and Dateline. Someone would just unalive us for the payout let’s be realistic. I’m old I’m ok there. The hormones are far less active and that’s a good thing.

The trade action on 'nothing known' is not surprising. Long traders in Pinkyland experience such many times over. Yet ALL realize the risk of investing in ANY Pinky. Furthermore, from my own perspective and in all honesty, I am here KNOWING that with risk comes reward (well, at least theoretically). Quite frankly, the reward is coveted.

All longs, IMO, have a desire to have their lives change financially. I watch TV. There is a LOT of the "good life" on display. Most, if not all longs, are here to acquire a bit of that AMERICAN DREAM. I confess, it is the driving force behind my investments here.

I have invested in GTCH as one company that holds, per my own DD, a CHANCE of giving me a piece of it - of course, I could say I felt that way about ALL of my ventures in financing via buying their shares of MANY companies to no avail. Why would GTCH be different? Because I choose to say so...holding on to the belief that GTCH will be different.

So here I am to stay. 45 years of "investing" in pipe dreams. But I do not regret a day of it. FOOL comes to mind so often. But the REAL result of doing so is NOT losing money but RATHER having my hat in the ring. No pain, no gain. I am a strong believer of that. So every freaking $ I have 'to waste' goes into this endless pipe dream. GTCH just happens to be the pipe I throwing those $ into during this round of investing in the belief I can yet attain the American Dream ... even knowing I have it in reality. I am enjoying a good life even if I remain tight for cash. I have always had that reality to fall back on when I champion yet another loser in the realm of finances.

I just hope all of you are in a similar boat (not leaking) I have set sail on in the sea of life. All I am doing is fishing for even more. Still, it would be nice if this GTCH fish I have baited my hook with brings in the BIG ONE. Still getting a LOT of nibbles.

Working on $75k worth. Still NOT convinced it is new issue until the OTC count of O/S is revised.

Also, why so little interest on the developments of AVAI? Still a heavy-duty impact financially for GTCH if ever those shares show up on GTCH's SEC financial reports. $20-30M on the books. Not a small amount if you consider that, per share count, GTCH's value is below $2M.

Yes, the BNIX 'deal' seems to have even more impact because of the potential 'match' for GTCH in becoming a fully functional entity on its own and no longer looking to be "bought". A "revenue generating entity" at that.

With such thoughts in my mind, I continue to wait with optimism that a positive return awaits me at some point in the future. That does NOT negate the horrible feeling brought on by the exceedingly long wait and absolute absence of being able to say it with a high degree of confidence.

Last 25 trading days the volume has been well over 30million. Idk if that helps.

Yes. The ever-dwindling BNIX shareholders may elect to return a significant balance of outstanding shares to the trust per the terms of their investment. The trust is now down to ~$30MM. It started-out about 10X higher.

Pretty sure there gonna use up maximum amount of Extensions as possible which is  march and then who knows if they extend it again. Is there a limit to these extensions? 

Fuzzy on hold for another month in no good PR's. Good PR's will stabilize fuzzy and grow it.
