Custodianship terminated - Lazar is the sole owner of the shell. Only thing to do at this point is sell to a RM candidate and hopefully for a steep price to ensure a legit company coming in.

Also been a lot more volume on this than normal. I think people are realizing its about to have a catalyst.

$ILXP probably will be RM soon. I saw filing of designation today. $PFMS had filing of designation about 1-2 weeks and RM happened.

The motion to terminate custodianship is scheduled to be heard November 6th. Going off of other Lazar plays, the custodianship could be terminated anytime between Monday and November 6th. Our catalyst is quickly approaching!

Very excited for this stock. The shares here have been held extremely tightly.

Oh really, I didn't know. $FTG* is another one that has Custodian Termination on Oct 12th. It's also very thin too.

Right. Just saying for SOL$ the termination was finalized two weeks before the actual court date.

The court hearing date for the termination is on November 6th.
So, it'll be a 40 days away.
Only 34,500 volume day and it's up 150%, amazing.
This one is even thinner than FTG*

Last few motions have been resolved before that court date as well. Would love to see this custodianship terminated in middle to end of October. Great news

It posted earlier today the motion of custodianship termination set for Nov. 6th. I think this is why people are buying up shares.

100 shares at each of those .51, 52 and 55 will knock them out. This is going to a couple dollars here and the bid will rise some as it does.
