I don't see how an awakening could be possible here, unless insiders are involved; though SaveJ22's post down there is a strange enigma. It was posted on the same day as the volume.

DWAC was a blankcheck company created for one purpose only, to merge with another entity and get it listed without a complicated, costly, and time consuming ipo; not a bankrupt shell like LIQDQ.

Bankrupt shells can't be used as blank check companies in the state of Delaware.

Who can take a DWAC transfer of this OTC? No institutions have said yes to the shares I need to deposit. Thx

Went from pink no information to expert market and still trading, in other words we can still see the ticker symbol… when I say delisted I mean no more ticker symbol , the gray market. It’s a matter of time who knows what they’re waiting for . What a waste.

It was already delisted, we're awaiting share cancellation now; which may never happen.

This ticker is out of sight and out of mind and could exist indefinitely.

The 40 million abandoned assets were just the NOL Net operating losses for 2 years. The trustee mentioned that it’s hard to sell that. Hard to find a buyer. So……I don’t know. Guess 66 million shareholders get phucked. 7 years, estate paid over 4 million to their salaries and secured and unsecured. We get nothing! Seems like a good shell company to me.

The latest filing by Guiliano trustee states that they paid out over 4 million last 7 years of chapter 7 bankruptcy expenses. It states abandonment of over 40 million.

Also previous filing mentioned returning $47,403.53 to clerk of court. Unclaimed funds.

Did ya see the new filing today? Looks like trustee discharge and no objection to relief from them. I don’t understand what all of it means for the 66 million outstanding shareholders like us. Maybe someone on this board can explain better.

No, I’m just saying that he alone made himself captain of this chapter 7 ship that sank and he went down with the ship. He said he was doing everything he could to protect the interest of stakeholders at the time by protecting intellectual rights and so forth. Whatever that means. What did that mean? Why did trustee file taxes previous 2-3 years? How did they settle ? How did estate pay for all the millions it paid out to previous employees and contractors? How did accountants and attorney get paid hundreds of thousands $$? So many questions unanswered and it’s been 7 years. Why no final decree?

I read in a court document dated in 2019 that the settlement is for investors that were holding the stock during a certain period dated back in 2015 otherwise you’re not eligible.

I wish I could read all of it. I wonder how much money and where that money will go?
