One thing is for sure. This stock has a such a greedy, lock float share count, any real news will blow it up to $1 land, like Gevi did this year. Damn thing went from .04 to $1.20
Ndtp went from .000001 to $2.00/share 999,900% rally in one trade and it was at the time, still in CE/EM land...

Same, anything under $0.10 is bargain - all of the PP were done at $0.10 don't think they would screw their PP investors. Just the no communication I don't like.
