Has anyone done the fully diluted share count lately? It's been several years since I did one and If I remember correctly it was just a tad over a billion shares.
That would mean a 100m buyout would be about 9-10 cent. 4-5 cent for a 50m buyout

That’s a good speculation to think about.. however, another speculation could be this. Let’s assume that Pemex received positive results from the implementation of the contract from the JV and gained costs savings as a result. Pemex has as you say over 3700 oil wells that would benefit from this technology. Therefore, if Pemex wanted deploy it throughout their oil wells system, I believe it would be more advantageous and less costly to buy the whole thing instead of outsourcing the project via the JV. Just a other thought.

Some speculation on a possible reorganization of MVNT.

My speculation will be based on the FACT that MVNT and 2 JV partners executed a $10M+ contract with PEMEX, one of the largest petroleum companies in the world. Let's consider the probable 3 main components involved in that project:
1) Valves
2) Pumps
3) Proprietary control technology (software, etc.)

#1 Valves: the main supplier of valves for this project was likely HAV, which is currently the only company under the MVNT umbrella. We know that HAV revs for FY 2024 was ~$133K. I suspect most, if not all of this revenue was derived from the one contract with PEMEX.
#2 Pumps: Sami Suheil has developed submersible pumps in the past and I recall he even has at least one patent in this area. Therefore, I believe Sami was responsible for supplying the pumps for the PEMEX project. So how much revenue was realized from this part of the project? Pumps could easily bring in 20 to 30 times more revenue than the valves. That would mean ~$2-3M in revenues from the pumps.
#3 Control technology: Again, Sami Suheil is the key person as to ownership of this technology. It's only my own guess, but I think this proprietary tech/software could cost 2-3 times more than the valves and pumps or about $6-8M in revenues.

Now think about this. This project maybe included 6-10 oil wells at most. In 2022 PEMEX is reported to have had 3750 oil wells in operation!

Think about how much money it could require to digitally control even just 10% of those wells. I'm thinking hundreds of millions potentially.

In any case, even if you project contracts of "only" a hundred million or so, that would be explosive for MVNT and its joint partners.

Now what about if Sami became a joint owner with Linh in MVNT? If Sami were to own a sizable piece of MVNT, then he could probably be persuaded to merge his current company (ENERVIEW.AI) with MVNT. Then Linh might finally decide to merge Velocity Manufacturing into MVNT.

That's about as far as I want to go with this speculation right now. But if any of this is close to reality, then even $1.28 might be on the low side.

If technology is in play then valuation could be north of 50M. Technology plays have high multiples..

Does anyone know a roundabout number offered if a buyout or takeover would be ? Is there a way to somewhat calculate a posable share price. Will there be a reverse split? Any info would be helpful.

She was very soft spoken but I believe she answered MVNT industry.
I ask and she said orders are going out, employees are working in warehouse, and the 40' container has been in use for a wail. She hasn't heard of any management changes.
She did not know a lot of my questions but I expected that.All we can do is wait we only have 3 choices buy, sell, hold and wait..!!

Something is definately going on. There has been stock issued recently, minimal amount so likely a payment for services provided.
Management deleted from the website.
The website copyright was updated late 2024.
Volume was way up in November with 7.68 million shares. For reference we usually dont do a million. Jan 25 was 1.15m
there have been recent conversions from F&F so why now? After 5 years, why now?
Financials showed 0 revs for the last two quarters so that puts merger off the list. My guess is that Hi-Alloy is being moved out of MVNT back to LTN capital and Movement is the technology IOT and SAAS and someone has bought the tech.

It's obvious with zero revs being recorded the company has been sold or absorbed into another company. Looks like they divided the Iot into a company separate from high alloy. 
I hope PEMEX bought the technology and the company but until we hear from management it's like playing darts blindfolded. Also I strongly believe an NDA has been in effect.

I just called MVNT and young lady answered. She said everyone is still working employees in the warehouse.
She hasn't heard of any management changes. I asked if she could let Lynn know his shareholders are waiting to hear anything. I also asked if the 40' container was delivered she said yes and is in use. Why no revenue that puzzles me???? So we wait..!!
