Northern Graphite Announces Trading to Resume January 27, 2022
January 26, 2022: Northern Graphite Corporation (NGC:TSX-V, NGPHF:OTC Pink) (the “Company” or “Northern”) is pleased to announce that trading in the Company’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”) will resume with the open of market on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Trading was halted following the Company’s December 2, 2021 announcement that it had entered into binding purchase agreements to acquire the producing Lac des Iles graphite mine in Quebec and the Okanjande graphite deposit/Okorusu processing plant in Namibia from subsidiaries of Imerys Group (the “Transaction”).

The Transaction is a considered a “Fundamental Acquisition” pursuant to the policies of the TSX-V and, accordingly, the common shares were halted from trading pending their review of related documentation. Closing of the Transaction is still subject to a number of conditions including approval of the TSX-V, completion of US$40 million in debt/royalty/stream financing with Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. and completion of the Company’s previously announced $20 million private placement being led by Sprott Capital Partners LP. The Company anticipates that the equity financing will be oversubscribed and that the over allotment option will be exercised.

As a result of the Transaction, Northern will become the only North American and the world’s third largest non Chinese graphite producing company. In addition, Northern will have two large scale development projects which will enable the Company to significantly expand production to meet growing demand from the EV/battery markets. All deposits are located in politically stable jurisdictions with good access to North American and European markets.

Don’t know about a pending sale. They are supposed to release results of a repeat geo survey sometime this month. This is a repeat of one done several years ago and should prove their extensive reserves.

Northern Graphite announces a mega 5 year contract for big bucks and the stock goes down over 4%. Does not make any sense to me.

Tesla's new Semi-Truck will change the face of trucking in the future. 500 mile range, 80,000 lbs to 60 MPH in 20 seconds. Cost to operate $1.26 per mile vs. $1.51 per mile for diesel. If they run in a convoy using each other draft price per mile is $.85 which is cheaper than rail. Tesla will be working on building a nation wide recharging network here in the US.

Imagine all the Lithium and Graphite this change in trucking would make.
There There are also a few countries that are going to outlaw sales of fossil fuel engines starting 2025 Norway, India 2030 Great Britain and France 2040. There are a few other countries that are currently working on initiatives Austria, China, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Portugal, Korea and Spain.

Future looks so bright for Lithium and Graphite that I have to wear shades.

Man I'm revved up right now... My last post was directed at no one specific. If someone gets irritated and takes it personal so be it and they need to grow up. Also, on top of this statement that I made "There is way too much kid, childish mentality babble, bashing and pumping that is a waist of my time." Those people complaining need to take the initiative to do something about what they are complaining about like -- email the company, bring back the reply emails and post or make calls to the company or shut up. The ones that habitually complain about a stock and do nothing are most likely like that in real life and don't work or work at some fast food joint. OK I'm done with all of this.

REALLY!!! You read my posts. I have made my points and do not have time to play fn bs games. I am here to get information that I may not have to make money and maybe some fun debating. I am trying to only to read and post on a limited basic unless I see money. I have looked at the yahoo threads even before my "invite" over and have no reason to go over there. There is way too much kid, childish mentality babble, bashing and pumping the is a waist of my time. I just need facts and good rational for an opinion. I don't understand how people go back and forth about dumb sh*t and waist their time rather than doing research and DD for other opportunities. I have worked in the medical field for 23 years. If I have learned anything is that people waist a lot of time and energy on things that really do not matter, do not focus on themselves and get tied up in other peoples stuff.

I am trying to increase my potential investment opportunities related to what I call it the lithium sector. Graphite has an indirect relation to lithium. My reasoning is the negative electrode of a conventional lithium-ion cell is made from carbon = graphite. That's where NG comes into the picture.

WL only does lithium. NG only does graphite. Both products are needed for lithium ion battery production. Jay Chmelauskas is the CEO of WL as well a director with NG. I would think if he is trying for Tesla to take on WL as a lithium supplier he would also try to get NG as a graphite supplier.
