Totally about 500K shares dumped at 0.0020 ~ 0.0029 since PSBC first crashed to 0.0020! Huge spread now! Which means the sellers must sell at the bids in order to liquidate their positions...

Wow. I should have had some Bids in to catch that selloff.
This is a buy and hold loooong term.
Something will have to happen with this shell eventually.
Is super low float and moves on thin air when buying happens.

Anyway PSBC (nearly 4M shares OS) should crash to 0.0001 in order to match the Same MV with its peer (TWNE: mere 1.5M shares Super Tiny OS count)! Why someone always tried to manipulate it up by bidding measly 10K+ shares, LOL?

Unfortunately nothing makes sense with PSBC. It is a dead shell owned by Rabobank and is doing nothing with it.
People got excited when they thought Mechanics Bank was going to do something with this symbol (when Rabobank was merging with Mechanics). But they have their own symbol, MCHB.

Evidence has been posted (by more than one poster) that the merger will not have any affect this stock.

I got the exact same email response as the other guy on here. Word for word. BUT (and in my opinion) they are saying that they don't own PSBS, which is NOT this ticker PSBC. They are not saying that they don't own this one especially which me emphasizing this ticker NOT PSBS. They still responding with we don't own PSBS. They didn't say anything about this one PSBC. Happy trading everyone. Trade at your own risk. This is all just my point of view.

I have done a research on PSBC in the past and I recall its securities are not associated with Rabobank. I agree though that having their website on OTC markets PSBC page is misleading.

If you read the purchase and assumption agreement below on FDIC, there’s a section for exclusions which I think PSBC is under it however it’s blacked out like other sections in the document probably for confidentiality purposes.

Rabobank is a bank. There is no fraud.
The confusion is that Rabobank took over part of Pacific State Banks assets many years ago. Pacific Banks stock symbol stopped being active. Rabobank is not using it. They don't have shareholders.

Mechanics Bank that is taking over Rabobank, is already a publicly trading company with symbol MCHB.
Mechanics Bank does not need to use Pacific Banks shell. If Mechanics Bank was a private company, then i could see the speculation. But again, they are already a publicly traded company.

It has already been admitted this is a speculation play. Nobody has provided any evidence this Pacific State Bank stock symbol will be brought current for any reason.

Regardless of what some other posters have posted. Rabobank owns this shell. It’s on otc markets and I’m pretty sure they needed an account on otcmarkets to change the information. The website is listed plain as day

Does anyone explain? I bought some of this because I understood it to be a bank. But it turns out that the people selling did not have a bank at all , just the letters (PSBC)isn't that Fraud.
