Powerstorm Holdings Inc (PK) (PSTO) Cotización

That was just my uninformed theory there. I don't want to come of as being authoritative on this stuff or having real experience. It costs money to maintain a publicly traded company and this one has a decent share structure. Something will happen here.

She demerged two of their earlier aquisitions. It will be interested to see what financials look like when they come out. I have no choice but to hang on in this.

PSTO announced today the strategic demerger of its subsidiary, Infinity Supply BV.

One can hope so. The verbiage below seems like a word salad. Lots of AI word mentions but what does it all mean??

Could just be throwing the AI word out there as that is the latest hype in stock investing now.

Filled on .03s today. The point of having a shell like this is to acquire technologies, patents and other businesses using share warrants and other devices. Those assets build value into the shell which itself is then acquired. This seems to be very much at the forefront of what this CEO is doing.

Honda, those share figures are wrong. The company had to amend the 8-k to reflect the correct share count. They made an idiotic clerical error, which tanked the stock. If you go to OTCmarkets, you will see that total shares outstanding are actually only 26.5 million.

Wow! PSTG, 566 M shares issued! On March 23, 2022, 25,000,000 shares were issued to Stay True LLC, PSTO’s majority shareholder, representing
Part 1 (one) of the payment due by PSTO, related to the acquisition of Infinity Supply BV, made on December 1, 2021.
The purchase price was $1,132,531.00 USD, equivalent to €1,001,000.00 EURO, as per the European Central Bank
exchange ratio on Dec.01, 2021 of €1 EURO = $1.1314 USD. This was executed as a Convertible Promissory Note, with
the entire principal being converted into shares of PSTO at a value representing $0.002 USD per share. The total amount
of shares to be issued to the seller was 566,265,700 restricted common shares.

Solid buying today. Very little resistance until .10. This stock was over .40 a year or so ago.

I am surprised PSTO hasn't done better. The stock initially sold off on the original filing concerning the merger with Infinity Supply. The company accidentally and IMO stupidly indicated that they were issuing 566 million shares for the deal, at a valuation of .002 per share, which was ridiculous. They have since amended that filing to show only 22 million shares were granted of restricted stock at a valuation of .40 per share.

The initial incorrect filing scared the investors out of the stock as they believed the rug had been pulled out from under them. But the actual terms of the deal were favorable.

The company has been pretty active on Twitter lately. Follow them @PSTOholdings.

I think I also read that they have around $800K in orders booked. Hopefully management will be more shareholder friendly and keep us better informed of what is going on.

A recent filing said they had $750,000 in orders for next quarter. Hopefully that will come to pass and is a sign of rapidly growing revenues for PSTO

PSTO coming under some selling pressure.

Looks like PSTO just completely overhauled their website again. No volume in the stock today, but we have seen someone nibbling at the .35's and .40's over the last week or so.

In my past email exchanges with the company, they made it seem like they were working diligently and would start to communicate with shareholders when everything was complete. With the new website design up and running and the acquisition of Northern Lights and one other company, we will hear from them soon. With the low float and small share count, this one has the chance to be a big winner.

Their SEC filing will be due next month. I assume they will have to disclose their acquisition. Sounds like a good time to start issuing press releases.

That is interesting, just looked at it . Would like to see the CEO put her Bio and any Mgt team, but nevertheless interesting.

Have you guys checked out PSTO's website? PSTO.info. It is finally up and running. Very professional and full of info. It looks like they now have two companies that have been merged into the shell. One is Northern Lights Sustainability and the other is Infinity Supply.

We could be sitting on a big winner here. Hopefully, once we get some press releases and 8-k filings, things will start to heat up.

It is possible she acquired the energy company in order for the shell to be acquired with the company. This is best case scenario most likely.
