PlaceboJeffect you must be the new cheerleader for PWDY, and that is just fine, you can be positive that is a good thing in life to be. However, I have been riding the powerdyne train since its inception and if I want to vent, I have every right to do so. I know it's a small co.; put it talks the talk so it should walk the walk. I will hold on to my shares like lblues says but retiring with them is not ever going to be a reality. Their leadership even though smart, they are aging how long do you think they can keep this up or want to. I am hoping they will find a buyer or merge into a company that is run by a larger younger core group of people then maybe Powerdyne could become a major player, but at this level with this universal political situation it will not go anywhere. In my most humble opinion.

I have been waiting for years!! Waited through the years when PWDY was going to get big contracts in the DR for power stations and now with a new business model it the same crap. I am in too long to give up. I will just sit and hold my 1.8 million shares and hope to retire soon, LOL

Very short sighted. This is wound up tighter than a gnat's ass right now. It's gonna run sooner or later and a base this big is going to run hard. I'd be patient before writing this one off.

March 31st. Sadly a bit of a wait. I'm hopeful we see more info on an acquisition before then.

Furthermore, what con? They have no shares in the liquidity pool, so insiders aren't making money selling shares. And they have zero notes.. so they aren't a dilution scam where they are taking out toxic notes/loans with zero intention to pay it back. Hell, they took out a loan last year with shares as a collateral. They paid it off with cash and the shares never even left the treasury. So pray tell, how are they conning us? So they can brag about their pitiful share price? Give me a break. 😆 

They are a small company trying to grow. March will show an increase in sales, or it won't. If it does show growth.. guess what? It's not going to be mind blowing. It's a small company. This isn't going to dollars or nasdaq etc etc. 

March is an audited 10k man. It will be cut or dry. It won't be "then July. Then x y and z" It will either show growth or it won't. That will be an easy thing to see. 

Oh shut the front door, March is when we see this or oh maybe its July oh sorry things fell through. This is the Powerdyne Dance people, this *&*& has been going on since 2012. They are mastering the Con or I should say they are the Masters of the Con. I have lost my faith and now my Temper this company and its cohorts need to be hank into court. No R/S confirmed.. doesn't mean we get to 0.01, though. March is when we will see the 10k and hoping a nice increase in sales. Doesn't need to be mind blowing, but doubling up would show positive growth. I will reassess then. 

They said they anticipate hitting OTCQB in Q1. Not sure how they plan to 10x the pps in 2 months unless they do a RS or have massive sales

They need to put out some sales number.

Every single time they release good updates this price drops.

Philly Mike, you are one of the few I still recognize on this board, I have held Powerdyne Stocks since it's inception threw the delisting to the rebirth over the hills valleys and hell. I have seen many people say this is to be our year. I truly hope and pray it is. I have not been following the boards for a number of months, and just today I was looking at my brokerage account thinking I should finally just cut my loses. But that stubborn Irishman in me said just look in and see what the conversations have been recently, so I see the same hopeful souls here but you I always thought was level headed, so I will wait for another 4 months to see if this Company will ever get its head out of its ass. If not then I will dump my shares.

And it's going to be sooner than later BIG news will be announced I have been buying for a month steady 

2025 is our year.

It is that simple.. if Held at DTC isn't going up, then the float isn't being diluted.

All the shares owned by insiders are held at the treasury. Aka nontradable. So insiders aren't selling. They have no notes.. so pray tell, how are they diluting??

Almost no volume. Seems to be a solid hold on both sides. No one wants to buy as I am also sure there are plenty of shares should there be a buyer. No free shares but buyable shares. The Asked is either .0012 or .0012 per Schwab.

If they subsequently raise the authorization from 2 to 3 billion and the additional billion is cut lose on the market is that no dilution? I would agree if the shares were not issued or are restricted and kept out of the float. Otherwise, it is pure dilution. IMO,

They aren't raising A/S to *fund* any acquisition, they are raising the a/s for preferred and common share collateral, man.

Why am I debating with someone who bought 2.5mil shares just today without reading any filing and then immediately was depressed about buying it. 😆 like, for real.

I don't think it was a mistake at all, I think these prices are going to pay off big time. The share structure is around 1.9 billion O/S currently but look for them to add to that down the road as they raise capital for growth and acquisitions.

Exactly the case here, They didn't have the funds to buy that Company but now they will have all the $$$ they need soon and will buy them out this timed in January. There will be several more SEC filings and off to Pluto 01 - 03 in the cards. Now is the time to buy before the cattle chase this sweet baby!😍

Maybe but there is no specific propose noted for the 1B other than generalities which me says we will do with it what we decide. If they had indicated we are using the 1 billion shares to fund X acquisition or do B operations. They don't,

This company doesn't dilute.

Last time they filed a PRE 14C, they had an acquisition lined up. The seller of the other company backed out at the last minute and PWDY did NOT go forward with raising the A/S. And left it at 2b. To me, this is bullish.

An increase of 1 billion shares, if sold at .002 will bring in 2,000,000. This will provide funds for salaries, perks (if any), and other overhead items leaving ??? for revenue production. That is one thing the CEO and/or Board are not release to public investors. If we want to know we have to fish for it. Once we find it there is nothing we can do about it.

Thanks. Hoping in this one may be futile but we are in it now. I'll hold for a while and see what happens. Still have to read about the "motors" and guess the purpose is for robotics. Maybe the CEO and Board went after it to keep their own nest egg growing and maybe they have something out of the world in mind.
