For any SFIO exec or employee that monitors this page here is just a snippet. We feel that SFIO may have engaged in activities that have misled investors and caused significant financial harm. To that end SFIO needs to provide a firm verification that a buyback has been completed. Also SFIO needs to provide the name of the American firm, and their contact information, conducting the SFIO audit. SFIO also needs to conduct quarterly stockholder reviews. There is the possibility that SFIO, and its CEO, may have violated the Securities Exchange Act, and Rule 10b-5. Com'on SFIO just follow through with what you have promised your investors - numerous times. Stop gaslighting. just follow through.

We call this "The SFIO Dip." In lofty towers, decisions made, Investors' trust begins to fade. No words to soothe, no plans to share, A silent void fills empty air.
Assurances that twist and bend, The truth becomes a means to end. Realities are masked with lies, Deception under open skies.
The market watches, takes its course, As stock values decline with force. Yet in the shadows, foreign smiles appear, For some, the dip incites no fear.
A management, incompetent, unversed, unwise, In business realms, they close their eyes. Yet to the ATM they cling, As investors' funds they use to buy their bling.
But heed the laws that guard the land, Where justice holds a heavy hand. For fraud invites a perilous fate, With harsh terms that won't abate.
The CEO's unending lies, No audits done, no alibis. No transparency to show, No buybacks coming, all for show.
While trust erodes and fortunes slip, Some find solace in the dip. A paradox of gain and loss, Where ethics suffer heavy cost.
Oh, SFIO, the path you've tread, Leaves many feeling cold and bled. Remember, trust is hard to gain, But lost, it brings enduring pain.

This "stocks" performance is so impressive I thought I would write an ode to their success. It is titled -
The House of Lies
Promises crumbling like dust in the wind,
Announcements that reek of deceit from within.
A stock buyback? A grand charade,
Just another illusion, poorly played.
Audits dangled like bait on a line,
But we know the truth—you’re buying time.
Every word, a hollow sound,
Echoing through a battleground.
Investors wait, but patience dies,
Drowned beneath your web of lies.
No respect, no plan, no shame—
Just shifting blame in a broken game.
SFIO, your veil is thin,
Your house of cards caves from within.
When the dust clears and truth is seen,
There’ll be nothing left where hope had been.

It's a bit fun because I have some time on my hands...**"Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, SFIO's Delay "**
My, oh, my, what a disappointing day
Plenty of promises slipping away
Zip-a-dee-don't-dah, zip-a-dee-no way!
It's the truth, it's factual
Your failure is so impactful
Zip-a-dee-don't-dah, zip-a-dee-delay
Nothing but setbacks keep coming your way!
Missed deadlines, missed goals, and broken plans
SFIO keeps fumbling in investors' hands
Zip-a-dee-don't-dah, zip-a-dee-ay
Wonderful profits? Not today!
Where's that bluebird of hope we were shown?
Now it's just silence and a sinking tone
No "satisfactch'll," just constant decline
SFIO, when will you toe the line?
Zip-a-dee-don't-dah, zip-a-dee-late
Investors grow weary, can't hesitate
Mister Bluebird's nowhere to be seen
SFIO's vision? A distant dream
Zip-a-dee-don't-dah, zip-a-dee-ay
Where's the success you promised to stay?

When a company lacks the ability, willingness, or respect to prioritize its investors, the result is a stock that remains stuck in mediocrity. This reflects not only incompetence but also a troubling disregard for those who have entrusted the firm with their hard-earned money. A lack of transparency, poor communication, and minimal respect for shareholders lead to one outcome: a stock that struggles to perform, serving only to benefit dishonest players behind the scenes. SFIO—does this scenario ring a bell?
