Safe Communications, Inc., Finalizes Full Licensing Agreement With
Chinese Company, FullChance.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 25,
2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Safe Communications, Inc. (OTCPINK: SGTB)
announced today the signing of final licensing agreement with
FullChance of China. The license calls for a launch of Safe's
virtual world, Kuboo.com in China. The license calls for Safe
to supply the technology while the China partners will provide the funding and
technical expertise to develop, register and market Kuboo for the
Chinese market. The original agreement, signed in October 2012, called for an initial investment of
$500,000 by the China
Company. The two companies have been working on the technology
transfer during the past several months as well as the translation
of the site from English to Chinese and are already well on the way
to the China Launch of Kuboo.com. Safe Communications did a
beta launch of www.Kuboo.com, its virtual at its family day event
on October 6, 2012 and is preparing
to launch the updated site in the next few weeks.

SHOUVIK BHATTACHARYYA: Shouvik is
CEO & MD of Valtech Technologies, responsible for US,
Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa. He has been with Valtech and its
acquired entities for ten years, and has held leadership roles in
strategy, technology, delivery and operations.
Shouvik has been profiled amongst "12 Global Leaders for
tomorrow" in Chief Executive Magazine. He received the "Bharat
Gaurav" award in 2009, recognizing his contribution to the industry
as a non-resident Indian. He was awarded "CEO with HR Orientation"
by Asia-Pacific HRM Congress in 2010.
Prior to joining Valtech, Shouvik was with Booz Allen Hamilton in New York, where he had management consulting
experience serving several industries including retail, oil and
gas, telecom, energy utilities, financial services and education,
for clients in the U.S., Europe
and the Middle-east.
Shouvik was a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has an MBA from the Sloan School. He is an

Technology (IIT). He is an Electrical & Electronics
engineer, with a second Master's degree focused on industrial
engineering and management.
