Sonomax failed to pay the aggregate principal amount of $4,586,000 of the 12% secured subordinate convertible debentures that became due on February 15, 2014, as well as accrued interest on the debentures in an aggregate amount of $1,106,432 as of September 30, 2014, representing a total amount due to the debenture holders of approximately $5.7 million as of that date. As confirmed by an independent valuation of Sonomax’s assets, the total amount due to the debenture holders exceeded the value of Sonomax’s assets by a significant amount. Accordingly, Sonomax’s assets have been surrendered in favor of the debenture holders.

And they get paid to write garbage like this? One paragraph about patents and the next about debt holders got it all free and clear......... who paid this analizer for this "research report"?

I'm just glad Scotty unlocked my shares so I could exit. They had it locked out of trading for months then right as the pump came in they magically were tradable and I DID.

It was at 026 at the close Wednesday and ran to 13 cents Thursday AM on just 2 million shares. We'll see how it goes here.

Yup, SXHHF ran 29000% to 15 Wed AM and again hit 13 Thursday AM with a 380% gain at the opening. Could bounce 300-400% again tomorrow at the opening.
