Any company would come out against these claims if they were not true.  Period

All we know is that JB has the power to counter all of these claims and yet he remains silent. He said they were working on things and news would be out. How long?
We will know for sure if it was all a lie soon enough, but so far the negative claims and the stock situation are winning out.

According to our insider the business has closed its doors on Dec 12.   KL and the employees are employed with another company.  Nothing has been released to deny or talk about next steps.  

Didn't Ballsac state that there would be positive news out before the end of this year? I haven't been on this site in quite some time however whatever happened to Kevin lamb and is he still posting updates on Twitter for his wound care line?

Lol "relax" ... You can't say that something is coming for 4 years and expect people to relax.  Watching this thing just completely tank over the last 5 years has been rough.  His msg has been consistent with minimal follow through and no positive impact to the stock.

This by far could have been the biggest deception in their history if everything has gone down like Quantum has revealed to us.

I am only going on what has been written but it seems it have come by either JB or KL or both. Was there any innocent victims in this whole situation other than us shareholders?

JB has said he will have news and announcements that he alludes will be good news for shareholders. It is getting more difficult to believe with the evidence we are already seeing. No bid, no volume, larger ask size, silence from JB, KL, IO and now a lot of negative information.

The ball is in JB's court to deliver after many promises regarding IO. Will he make excuses of what happened or does he have something else up his sleeve?

One other scenario is we may never hear from him again and we go back to the EM.

I'm scratching my head right now;  why would anyone be wasting  a penny on UBQU.   Jb made over 400 dollars just today.  We need him to feel it financially and make him start thinking about shareholders.    

This was from JB about 2 weeks ago to me. It was before our latest news of KL and of IO. Does it still apply? Is the IMTL news having to do with anything concerning his comment about getting things done? It seems that the latest information has changed the game. JB approved me of sharing whatever he wrote to me.

Do I have to tell you every week that we are getting things done and that there will be news and announcements forthcoming? What is "Unravelling" and why do you listen to what "Everyone is saying"

The pumping continues on Ballas's other venture (IMTL), with X posts claiming great growth in 2025 now that they have funding lined up with MJW Capital. It seems that UBQU had MJW backing as well, and we all see what that has done for us.

So it seems KL out scammed the scammer.  I believe you posted earlier how thousands.of dollars were wired to Kl from the benz(sp) family.  I wonder what that money was used for.  Not the business.  JB is looking for a new company or we are toast.   

It will take a while to close everything out. They have to be out of the building by the end of the year. All employees who were not let go work for Gentell as of Dec 12. My guess is, all social media presence, etc., will disappear over the holidays where it won’t be as noticeable and there is no one to respond to inquiries.

It wouldn’t surprise me if JB found this out the same time everyone here did.

As I understand, from others in the industry, IO ceased operations on Dec 12 after losing their PECOS certification (their ability to bill insurances). KL has gone to work for a company called Gentell as a VP.

So IO is no longer in business 

You will naturally see focus shift to IMTL, since Innovative Outcomes is no longer in operation, which means UBQU is back to just a shell company.
