Ubiquitech Software Corp. (OTC: UBQU), through its subsidiary
HempLife Today™, is releasing a complete update for 2019. This
update includes all aspects of the Company, its progress, and
outlook, so that shareholders have a better understanding of the
Company goals.
CEO James Ballas states “We wanted to kick off the new year by
telling all of our shareholders the exciting plans we have for
2019, and to also use this release as a template for tracking our
progress throughout the year. So, we’ll be holding our own feet to
the fire on all of our projects and we are planning on 2019 being
our best year ever”
Name and symbol Change: On December 14th,
2018, the Company announced it had retained a law firm to implement
the filing for name and symbol change to HempLife Today™. The
Company believes this name change is long overdue and after
favorable legislation believes this name and symbol change will
better suit the Company and its shareholders. The Company is
expediting this process as fast as possible and will keep
shareholders aware of all progress.
New Legislation: On December 20th, 2018,
the President signed into law the 2018 Farm Bill effectively
legalizing Hemp and Hemp products at the Federal level. This was
the progress that the Company has been looking forward to since its
creation in September of 2014, and the Company can now move forward
with all of its plans that have developed over the last four
years.
New CannazALL™ Products: The Company will
be introducing many new CannazALL™ Hemp derived CBD products in
2019. These include; Skincare items, new Tincture formulas, new
Vape items, and will also be reintroducing its popular Gummies
product. The first new products will appear in the first quarter,
with a roll-out of all other products shortly thereafter.
Wholesale/Ambassador Program: The Company
first announced its Wholesale/Ambassador Program on November 6th,
2018, and since then has outpaced its goals for active
registrations. The Current offer allows persons to become a
HempLife Today™ Ambassador, get instant access to wholesale
pricing, get 100 sales brochures, 500 business cards, as well as
access to Phase Two of the program coming soon, all for just $195.
In Phase Two of the program Ambassadors and Affiliates will be
merged, and Ambassadors will be able to push their own traffic to a
sales portal where customers can purchase products online without
the requirement for Ambassadors to stock product in advance.
Ambassadors will then earn a commission on every sale. The Company
has projections for over 10,000 active Ambassadors working for the
Company and pushing daily sales volume of CannazALL™ products.
Search Engine Optimization: On August 29,
2018, the Company announced it had hired an in-house SEO expert to
spearhead its Search Engine Optimization. Since then the Company
has developed a new Blog on the HempLife Today™ Website,
experienced an over 3,000% increase in its “Google Trust Scores”,
landed on the first page of many search words and terms, and
experienced an over 500% increase in organic search traffic to the
HempLife Today™ Website. When first began, the Company announced
that SEO would be an ongoing process and would not develop
immediate results. However, the Company is very pleased with its
SEO progress and will continue to fortify and add unique and
relevant search engine articles to the site on a daily basis.
Social Media: The Company began to expand
its Social Media in 2018, and has produced hundreds of unique
videos and articles for its Social Media in the last several
months. The Company will continue its Social Media awareness
throughout 2019 and will be adding paid advertising to this
platform once approved.
Paid Advertising: The Company is currently
developing several new “Front end” sales funnels for both its
product sales and Ambassador Programs. These new paid advertising
platforms will include online content and pay-per-click, print
media, radio, and possibly Direct Response TV, as more advertising
opportunities become available for CannazALL™ CBD products. In the
past, the Company was not able to pursue these media platforms
because of the legalities involved, but since the signing of the
2018 Farm Bill the Company expects more of these platforms to open
up in 2019.
Benevolence Program: On December 3, 2018,
the Company announced its new Benevolence Program for all military
and first responders. With the Benevolence Program, once approved,
these customers will be able to get all CannazALL™ CBD products at
a reduced rate. The Company is happy to get more CannazALL™
products out to those Citizens who sacrifice so much, and believes
this program will not only potentially help millions of people, but
will also bring more positive media awareness to the Company and
its CannazALL™ products.
CannazALL Pets™: Currently CannazALL Pets™
comes in three varieties; Bacon, Tuna, and unflavored. CannazALL
Pets™ has been a brisk-selling product and the Company will be
adding new sales platforms and awareness for this product in
2019.
Direct Mail: The Company will be
increasing its Direct Mail campaigns starting in January 2019.
Direct Mail campaigns will go out several times per month to
designated customers, and the Company will also be expanding Direct
Mail to qualified consumer lists.
Video and Awareness: The Company will
continue to produce relevant content videos that are meant to
engage and educate the general public about the health benefits of
CBD.
Customer Support: The Company will be
adding additional Customer Support representatives and will be
updating its call center service lines. The Company will also be
adding exclusive support representatives for its
Wholesale/Ambassador Program so that all customers and Ambassadors
will have faster access and easier ordering.
Product Production: The Company is
situated so that it can fulfill its demand for CannazALL™ products
and meet all of its projections now, and into the future.
Trademark Protection: The Company has
worked to secure its Trademark protection for all of its pertinent
trademarks, and will keep shareholders aware of all progress.
Investor Relations: The Company believes
that better shareholder relations in 2019 is vital to the growth of
the Company. The Company will be instituting a new process for
better investor relations this month, and will also be encouraging
investors/shareholders to contribute any and all suggestions for
the Company.
