Looking Ahead

Of note: the financials have, for the past couple of years or so, listed the "total number of shareholders" as around 255. OTCMarkets list the number of "beneficial shareholders" at 102, as of 9/20/24. This seems to indicate that, at the very least, the public-float has been condensed into the hands of fewer shareholders, over time...🤔

Management Certification (Annual) filed yesterday. So, besides the annual Attorney Opinion Letter, Wialan's all buttoned-up on the regulatory front. Contracts have been executed, also. Yet we sit @ .0009, with little to no daily trading volume. What's missing? A few words (any) from our CEO, regarding the company's outlook/pipeline, social media presence remains nonexistent, website is in need of updates, no direct investor relation channel(s), etc...

Hmmm, hasn't really ever been any dilution here, since they took over in 2013?? Most shares are held by Insiders, so I'm 99.9999% sure, no R/S is in the cards. Public-float remains @ 735.5M.

Wialan's bugaboo has always been the execution - of any deals. It appears with the current CEO's 3rd Contract Signing that has and is on its way to being remedied:)

So, by my calculations, the company earned a little over $105K (gross) during 2024, which of course will be actualized, when the Annual Report is published. Last year over $100K in gross-revs was '17 or '18, I believe.

Moreover, besides being well-written, yesterday's PR indicated that..."Wialan recently secured a major telecommunications infrastructure contract with a leading marina and resort. This project is scheduled to commence in January 2025, with its favorable impact to be reflected in Q1 2025 operating results. Detailed information about this contract will be released next month."

The above represents the 3rd contract signing for Mr. Schwank.
