I suppose that CHS synthesis may still be on the back burner until they have funds to support further research at Eindhoven University and CEA in Paris

There could be other items they mention at the close, consider that they haven't said a word about being awarded the patent on CHS synthesis. Why not???

Also, will there be a battery update or other news to add to the merger news?

The question may be, if the merger closes, will we be told immediately, or will up to 4 business days be taken to set out all the changes.

I believe that they can legally delay the announcements, the question is, what will they do.

I know that all of you pride yourselves on the great DD you perform to better predict this impossible company. Can one of you possibly find out how many times (if ever) has TDCP/CRTG ever met a set deadline in a timely manner? If there is an ultimate way to drain every bit of excitement out of some type of positive news for these people.............. they will figure out the way to achieve this. I try to figure out why I have ever devoted any type of confidence with this company because they never, ever deliver.

Anyone have word on the closing? Extended? Ontime? It's been so long since the original March deadline I wonder what the "reaction" will be once the closing is actually complete. I think the original "excitement" was bled off a long time ago. The bump we would have expected may be a mild ripple and then slow climb.

Will Coretec extend closing again next week? Will SEC allow it?
Will this deal fall through with Core Optics?
Questions every investor should be asking themselves now……

The current outstanding share count was used to estimate a fair price for the stock. Here’s a simplified approach based on the provided information.

1. Revenue growth rate: 100% (from $8M to $16M)
2. Outstanding shares: 335 million

Let's use the Price-to-Sales (P/S) ratio method, which is suitable for early-stage companies.

Assumptions:
- Industry average P/S ratio: 5-10 (varies depending on the industry)
- Growth factor: 1.5 (due to high growth rate)

Estimated 2025 Revenue: $16M
Estimated 2025 Enterprise Value (EV): $16M x 7.5 (avg. P/S ratio) = $120M
Estimated 2025 Equity Value: $120M (assuming no debt)

Now, let's calculate the estimated fair price per share:

Estimated Fair Price = Estimated Equity Value / Outstanding Shares
= $120M / 335M
˜ $0.358 (or $0.36)

Consider this a rough estimate, as it doesn't account for various factors like:

- Industry-specific P/S ratios
- Net income and profit margins
- Debt and cash reserves
- Market conditions and sentiment
- Competitive landscape

Keep in mind that this estimate is based on simplified assumptions and should not be considered investment advice.

One more thing….Harris said that she would go against price gauging. It was Biden & her spending trillions of dollars on green energy scam that caused inflation! Groceries and gas are sky high! You didn’t have these problems with Trump ……….

Gunny,
You are TOTALLY RIGHT!!! Harris will bring this nation down to its knees! Harris has said that she wants to get rid of fossil fuels, fracking, & commercial insurance! That’s millions of jobs gone! Hospitals will close. Doctors and nurses will not work for peanuts. She also wants to give free healthcare to illegals. Who’s going to pay for it? Harris will also raise taxes . Medicare & Medicaid will be broke due to the illegal immigrants. Crime will continue due to the open borders! Finally world war 3 will happen due to her failed foreign policies. People please wake up and save this nation…….

Gunny Gunny 1 semana hace
People were thinking Trump was a sure bet and stability was going to be restored to the markets. Once people realised Harris was going to be installed without a single Democrat vote and a repeat of 2020 was likely especially since last month the media lied in lock step Joe was sharp as ever and this week lying in lock step Harris is the second coming of Obama and a strategic genius even though I've seen people with severe brain trauma complete more coherent sentences than her. Bottom line - Until the world has confidence Harris WON'T be elected the markets will be depressed. Not because they hate Dems or like Trump but because Harris pushed the "green new deal" an economy killer, defund the police a safety killer and was a disaster as the border czar a job killer.

It kind of looks to me like they were expecting to close last week; otherwise, I would think they would have notified us and put out this 8K earlier last week. It would not surprise me if they closed this week; they need to get together in New York when they close.

Perhaps they did not close on the final date July 31st as it was the last day of the quarter but instead are closing it out in this quarter which starts today and then would be a new consolidated company starting in the new quarter upon finalizing the close in this new quarter today or tommorrow ?? Or it just might be that they didnt get all the work done all the signatures etc done in time and are still working on it . Everyone involved would need to sign off as i understand it in this type of share exchange agreement and they have people here in the USA and South Korea and the UK . Any last second changes have to be addressed as well and agreed . I would think we will get something out soon .

Here's a video on CATL's condensed battery. They're roughly doubling the battery capacity. The question is, how would our technology compare, and could it build on the CATL technology. They're getting 500 watt-hrs/Kg.

Within 4 business days of the closing date but i have read again on the SEC website , i believe it was , that they can file it on the day of close as they can other 8K filings. 8 Ks the day of close have to be filed that day ... It seems they already released the Pro forma estimating future earning unless they have another to release ..Things can be changed by ageement somewhat but on close day the 8Ks have to be filied and announcements . It looks like they will close today as they hav'nt said anything to the contrary . When its closed i would assume they put out some press releases about the company in full force as this will be kind od like Core Optics IPO and they will want to get the word out to the investment community ASAP i would think . Maybe a shareholder call scheduled soon as well . Today was listed as the , " Final Date " in the agreement amendment in late June so we will find out soon enough . Market closes in 1 1/2 hours .

8.8. Current Report. Parent shall file a Current Report or Current Reports on Form 8-K with the SEC within four (4) business days of the Closing Date containing information about the Transactions and pro forma financial statements of Parent and the Company and audited financial statements of the Company as required by Regulation S-K under the Securities Act (the “8-K Reports”). The Company agrees to provide any necessary information for preparation of the 8-K Reports.

Ive read on the SEC website that in share exchange agreements the Audited financials have to be released ( Core Optics in this case ) when the market is NOT trading to give all investors a chance to read them before the stock resumes trading .... I dont know if that applies here but it should . In the closing agreement the Core Optics audited financials were to be released as part of closing . Market closes in 2 1/2 hours so we will see

Thanks, that's interesting. What sold me on CNT's was their strength and very low resistance. I was told that computer chips and circuitry utilizing them would be faster and consume far less power. Electric transmission could be done with much thinner cables, or far more could be supplied at the current diameter, and either way, they will be much stronger.

Gary:
Since the researcher who looked into Coretech is working on light-emitting silicon I checked into carbon and silicon both in comparison.
from ChatGPT
Certainly! Let's delve into the comparison between carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and silicon in terms of light emission and their respective applications: Fortunately, both seem to have promising futures. All the best to you and your family!

1. **Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs)**:
- CNTs exhibit remarkable electronic and optical properties, but their light-emitting capabilities are not as prominent as their electrical properties.
- Some semiconducting CNTs can emit light in the near-infrared (NIR) range due to their bandgap properties. However, achieving efficient light emission from CNTs remains a challenge.
- Researchers are exploring ways to enhance CNT-based light-emitting devices, such as CNT-based LEDs (light-emitting diodes) and lasers .

2. **Silicon (Si)**:
- Silicon is widely used in electronics and photonics due to its abundance and well-established fabrication processes.
- Si-based devices, such as silicon LEDs and photodetectors, have been extensively studied and optimized.
- However, Si has an indirect bandgap, which makes it less efficient for direct light emission. Most Si-based devices operate in the visible or infrared range.
- Si-based LEDs are commonly used for display backlighting, indicator lights, and other applications.

3. **Comparison**:
- **Efficiency**: Si LEDs are more efficient than CNT-based LEDs due to their optimized design and mature technology.
- **Wavelength Range**: Si LEDs primarily emit in the visible spectrum, while CNTs tend to emit in the NIR range.
- **Applications**:
- Si: Consumer electronics, lighting, and photodetectors.
- CNTs: Research and niche applications (e.g., biological imaging, sensing, and flexible electronics).
- **Value**: Both materials have value, but their applications differ significantly.

In summary, while CNTs hold promise for light emission, silicon remains dominant in practical applications. Researchers continue to explore ways to improve both materials for various purposes! 🌟

Carbon nanotubes, if we're ever able to work with that technology, will be a huge step over anything silicon. The energy used in computing could be cut dramatically, and the machines would be dramatically faster if much of the computer, including the screen, was made with C-N-T technology.

The problem is that mankind's accelerating natural events, so things like wildfires are getting worse. We're looking to buy a home in the redwoods in Gualala, CA. You can't believe the price California is quoting for fire coverage. Here in LA I have friends with homes in the foothills and they're being forced onto such plans too. I believe that we really need to find ways of helping nature, I believe that bringing colder nutrient laden water to the surface of oceans that are largely void of life could work in several ways to do it. I have an idea of how it could be done, but can't do it myself.

Meanwhile in NV, where I'm selling homes in Tahoe they too are raising insurance dramatically. It seems to me that every time we have a disastrous fire, flood, etc. the Federal Govt. brings in a great deal of money, and I suspect that the insurance companies get some relief for their losses, but I'd bet that's not considered when the elevate rates, and the Govt. blesses their actions. If I didn't have money in stock to back up my expenses I'd probably just not buy, but my daughter will inherit the rental house and rent it in part while I'm still here, so it's something I want to do. I frankly don't know if I'll be ahead or behind in Coretec, it'a a smaller investment for me, but if my biotech's hit I'll be set for life, and so will they. Don't get me wrong, I think Coretec has tremendous possibilities, it just must fulfill them.

On another subject, a friend alerted me to a 60 Minutes show this week on Quantum Computers. According to persons from Google and other associates like IBM they are "highly confident we will get there." Their chief on the project said there is the end of the decade like that's 6 years. It's worth a look-see beacause that's not very far away if we have any potential with chips and quantum computing.

While silicon was not mentioned or any other substance (On 60 Min) I recall Dr. Erik Bakkers the professor working on silicon quantum computing. I checked his website at Eindoven University of Technology with goal of creating light-emitting silicon. "Once we achieve this, it could change the way we think about electronics forever."

Right both natural and manmade. What gets lost in this winner-take-all is the magnitude of human suffering already going on (wildfires, heat, drought, etc etc) Doesn't matter anymore almost how they are caused. This requires action. Forgive me because I know you particularly are well aware of this. For me I find using the words medical impact or something like that. For example, how does overexposure to smoke from increased fire affect a particular person or community or heat and inadequate hydration on an outdoor worker? So there is work almost one person at a time. We need to get back from abstract arguments to the concrete IMO.

buzzonthestreet buzzonthestreet 2 semanas hace
Not questioning “climate change” since climate has been “changing” for HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF YEARS! duh! EASY to blame whatever on “climate change”. Pick sny spot on the globe and in 90 days you will be able to observe some “weather” phenomena that can be misinterpreted as some “manmade” effect on climate. “Nature”, the “Creator”, or “natural” fluctuations” no longer “control” climate. All of a sudden “man” has greater power over this than Nature/“natural”fluctuations. Latest studies show the earth is at the top of a 100,000 year “natural” cycle of warming and at/approaching an inflection point where it could “naturally” get warmer or reverse for another 100,000 years into another “Ice Age”. So, I call bs to this 100% “POLITICAL” climate change nonsense. Now, having said that, I do think electric cars are a great idea once charging problems are solved — but not because of the fictitious “climate change” scandal! Reduction in particulate air pollution, yes, but not “climate change”! I actually drive an EV, myself! Now, back to minding my own business!
