I agree that the SRNW warrants have expired quietly. They were mis-priced anyway, so it's not a big surprise nor a concern. They will have to be reissued one way or another to accommodate a new merger. Letting them expire was the easiest move, in my humble opinion.

WNFT's win is great news for GS. The vindication has given him a lift among his die-hard followers. I'm not so certain that an acquisition is imminent considering NFT's have yet to catch on. However, who knows? Crypto is on the comeback and Trump has big plans ahead. The coattails that will form will very likely sweep up NFT's for another round of financing, for sure.

It's not like GS to leave the website down unless he has a good reason. My guess is that he has a deal in the pipeline for the very near future, and hence, has no reason to bother with frivolities. The Israeli partners I suggested earlier are probably in the driver seat. GS is just a passenger, waiting for updates, while keeping busy with his horse racing. Thinking like an Israeli, I'm pretty sure they are waiting like everyone else for Jan 20. On day 1 Trump plans to reveal a number of significant changes. Although rumor has it that crypto will move mainstream in the financial world, everyone is waiting to see the devils in the details.

I suggest a "wait and see" strategy. What is almost certain, ...when GS announces anything for either ticker, they will all surge. The anticipation over the years plus the resurgence of crypto are MAGA forces not to be ignored.

Wanted to touch base and see if you had any thoughts on the tickers. Some recent happenings:

1. Looks like 2m SRNW warrants might have expired on Dec 31, 2024 without any news. There weren't any updates, so I'm unsure if the warrants were exercised or expired or extended.

2. The WNFT court case remittiur was filed, meaning the appeal was officially dismissed. A WNFT said there would be an acquisition shortly after this point

3. FORW website continues to be down, along with one of its subsidiaries and SRNW

They making part of Belmont park a designer outlet. major overhaul. 

But overall owning horses is a losing proposition. FWIW, I spent many days there years ago.. I also attended others and still travel to several East Coast tracks including Saratoga which is beautiful.

Ol Georgie getting his ass kicked! As the year closes out I project he needs or needed over $3 million more than his winnings for his 2024 addiction.

I was making fun of the claim George is saving money by not maintaining the websites as some have claimed.
As for his stable of 100 or so horses, industry standards are in the $45,000 range per horse annually. His stable probably is his biggest business expense. (Hobby/addiction)
Keeping his shells current is not expensive. Even auditing a shell is not more than a few grand. Remember they are auditing what has been given to them.

So 11 dollars is too much.   ?  My question.  Idc how much the ponies cost lol.   He stilll upkeeps the shells current and filings which are expensive.   So 11 dollars a month is Pennie's basically.

Sharp tried to catch the NFT trend but he failed with WNFT.

Then he tried to catch the Blockchain trend with GVSI and he changed the name at the State level (American Blockchain Corporation) but FINRA wouldnt process a name or symbol change and it is still GVSI.

You still don't understand that none of the hijacked shells are candidates for a reverse merger because none of hijacked shells have filed a Form 211.

Only one (SRNW) reports to the SEC. Sharp filed a S-1 for FORW a year ago and it still isn't effective.

But GRDO/FORW is a Bill Schaefer shell - so I expect Sharp to withdraw the S-1.

The Market Caps are tiny - it shows desperation to brag about the Sharp shells Market Caps.

In my opinion, GS is definitely prepping something. Web sites don't come down unless the owner stops paying, (which I doubt happened here) or the owner, GS, took it down. Don't forget that he's riding high with his recent legal win at WNFT. He's now openly referring himself as the OTC King, once again. You can be sure he's only going to ride his success even higher with a major splash.

Aside from the timing being perfect based on Trump's win, crypto's comeback, and SPACs resurgence... GS has a perfect storm staring at him. His experience with GVSI also made it clear that his next move has to be exceptional. Third rate deals will only debunk him, something he would never allow.

My guess is that SRNW and FORW will be tied at the hip with more warrants to be issued. If he follows his MO from last year, we may see a tweet prior to the New Year with his plans for January. Hopefully it's not 'travel plans' but rather something super solid.

Hang in there! 2025 is going to be the year we've all been patiently waiting for.
