But some curious items:
1. $15,000 was paid to Innovative Alliance LLC directly. This is a legitimate manufacturing facility in Mansfield OH. Makers of the magic energy box?
2. The loans are extremely short term, i.e. a week. And with onerous fees. For example, one loan for $24,000 had fees of $10,800 and was to be repaid in a week. This is the one that had the lender wire $15K directly to Innovative Alliance. Other loans were similar in terms but all funds went to PHIL.
The plaintiff is alleging he lent $60K in total, and with interest and extension fees is now demanding some $3.4 million. LOL!

I worked a lot of jobs ,stayed at the last one for almost 20 years, Decided Im smart enough to be my own boss, taught myself how to day and swing trade. I've been retired now since 2020 , I'm 49 now. Since you commented with no idea lol, it's so long 22' the boat doesn't fit in the garage at the lake house here so I park it outside. It has a cover but I took it off to get the boat ready to go out this morning. It does fit in the garage at my main home. I had custom built taller garage doors and a longer garage floor so a bass boat will fit in it perfectly.
