   --      The Annual Report and Accounts for the year and 26 days ("Period") ending 31 March 2019 

-- The Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be held at 11.00 on 19 September 2019 at the offices of Numis Securities, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT.
