as I said on Jan 27 the inspections were not concluded yet (on the verge of being concluded) thus and therefore no CHM could be held on DCVAXL yet on that date. Shortly after that the inspections were concluded. So 6 weeks later than we first heard the inspections were finished: mid-December

The market cap is now $100 MILLION! There is simply no way the stock is worth this much. I seriously doubt they get anything more than "nuisance value" settlements (go away money). Companies will give PRKR 1-2 million because that is what it would cost them in lawyers to make this pest go away. T

That seems like plenty of incentive to stop development of marginal therapies. The same principle applies to Anavex; hence, no new trial has been started. I guess PD, Rett, and Fragile X are all shelved.

I certainly agree with the first two, just not the 3rd due to the impact of the stock price on the warrants. This will continue to be a drag (when included) in GAAP NI.
