Mr Anthony Thomas Ogilvie-Thompson, aged 38, is currently a director of Banhine
Natural Resources Limited, Resource Advisory Partnership Limited, Bullion
Resources plc and Termite Diamond Holding Limited and has not held any other
directorships or partnerships within the last five years.
