EXERCISE OF PORTMAN LIMITED EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION PLAN ("ESOP") OPTIONS
Portman Limited wishes to advise that 10,000 ordinary fully paid shares have
been issued as a result of the exercise of 10,000 options under the Company's
ESOP. The Appendix 3B seeking quotation of these shares is attached.
The total number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue is now 174,225,712.

3 We will indemnify ASX to the fullest extent permitted by law in respect
of any claim, action or expense arising from or connected with any breach of the
warranties in this agreement.

any information or document not available now, will give it to ASX before
+quotation of the +securities begins. We acknowledge that ASX is relying on the
