I have zero doubt that way back after the RS it was shorted. It was a no brainer when it was sporting a $4 BILLION market cap and the price was above $1 making it a worthwhile bet. And yes, I am sure the Pref B were shorting against the box. But once this got down to a penny there would no longer

I went ahead and purchased $15,000 worth of class A series stock at $1.50 each. It comes with 2 warrants that allows you to purchase the common stock at $1.50 each.

I will retract the term "ephemeral," but their 18 month trial was aimed at a symptom, and what you are seeing since is a sign that that drug will not hold its gains in the long run because it isn't truly disease-modifying.
