Hey RM, just an FYI, the only mod on the Lightwave board who pulls your posts is 236. I try to get them restored sometimes but this place is an oligarchy and 236 has a full paid membership, site admins don't mess with payers.
Proto.. I have to post here.. one post a day over there.. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/most_read.aspx?p=h
We should see a big update today
Work and lightwave is taking all my time. Will take a look and report back here.
Any new progress? Very quiet.
You can buy maidsafe coins on exchanges for coins, not stock exchanges. for example I bought mine at poloniex.com
Cyrptos can't be traded via eTrade..? Nothing comes up with MAIDUSD..?
Really great write up on what Maidsafe is trying to build.

Proto, I bought my coins on the poloniex.com exchange. First I had to buy Bitcoins on the btcdirect and then transfer the bitcoins to exchange them for maidsafe coin. Doing at this for the first time is quite time consuming and frustrating. One's you know how to deal with it, it more relaxing.
Steve, where do you buy MAID coins, or can you just trade MAID as a stock? If coins only, what is buy in fee %?

Steve, while the decentralized data or ant farm concept of data storage sounds better from the perspective of eliminating the monopoly style data kings like google so they can't take advantage of our data, our habits, our privacy, I have some questions 1) what happens if individual nodes go dark, people's phones and computers get shut down at night etc? 2) what happens if individuals change/upgrade devices, will data be lost if not transferred properly to newer devices? 3) how is data redundancy built into a decentralized network? 4) is speed of data flow compromised by running through these individual nodes? 5) if this is supposed to replace the internet, what happens to individuals who just want to access data but not be farmers? Thinking about buying a few just to have some action in the world of cryptos
