I'm not a shareholder. I was and I lost a little. I'm just here because I find the board funny and I haven't heard the word feces for about 20 minutes.

Wouldn't this just be a formality that requires a little restructuring prior to the consummation for tax purposes and other items …this is probably pretty standard.
