Staffing Ventures plc - Additional Listing

Staffing Ventures plc has applied for the admission of 5,000,000 Consideration
Shares of 5p each to the Alternative Investment Market. Admission is pursuant to
the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Parys Snowdon Payroll
Services Limited, detailed in the Circular to Shareholders posted on 5 December
2003.

Application has been made to admit these shares to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market. It is expected that admission of these 5,000,000
Consideration Shares will become effective at 8.00am on 13 January 2004. The
Consideration Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Existing
Ordinary Shares and Placing Shares which are expected to be admitted to AIM at
8.00am on 12 January 2004.
