The Boards of A2Dominion Housing Group Limited and Radian Group
Limited had been in discussions to form a partnership and explore
options to deliver benefits for the residents and local communities
they serve.
In reviewing the options, the Groups have mutually agreed that
at this stage it would be preferable to continue to deliver their
respective strategic plans and transformation programmes
independently.
Discussions regarding a formal partnership have now ended.
