Annington is pleased to announce that David Tudor-Morgan has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company, Annington Limited and other companies within the Annington Group, effective 2 May 2023.

Ian Rylatt, Chief Executive Officer commented: 'I am delighted that David has joined Annington. He brings a wealth of property experience to the company including residential property management, asset management and estate management. David's extensive skills and knowledge will further reinforce the leadership of our diverse residential property activities.' David was previously the Director of Estates at Regent's University, London and was formerly with British Land for 10 years where he held various roles, latterly as Director of Retail & Residential Property Operations. David is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

The Company confirms there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
