Final Terms dated 29 March 2019 (the "Final Terms") in respect of Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc's (the "Issuer") GBP100,000,000 2.266 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") guaranteed by Severn Trent Water Limited (the "Guarantor") issued under its EUR6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
