Elcom International, Inc. ("Elcom" or the "Company")

Cancellation of admission to AIM

Elcom announces that the admission of its securities to trading on AIM, which
has been suspended since June last year, will be cancelled with effect from
07.00am tomorrow as the Company has been unable to notify its interim report for
the period to 30 June 2007 by today's deadline. Elcom's common stock (but not
its Regulation S common stock) continues to trade on the Pink Sheets OTC market
in the US. Elcom is continuing to work on reports for the periods ending June,
September and December 2007 and expects that these will be submitted to the SEC
when complete. The Company will continue to make the announcements it releases
available on its website, www.elcom.com, for the time being.
