Sounds like capitulation time! If you want to take your money out of stocks and put them into bonds SGOV is a great etf and safe. It is currently paying 5% (that can change) and I park money there in my kids accounts when I don't want to put it in stocks.

The minute they announce that the ide has been approved by the fda and that the surgeries can begin, that will formally start the beginning of the end, the stock price should start to rise to higher levels.
