Director Share Purchase
Ferro-Alloy Resources Limited (LSE:FAR), the vanadium producer
and developer of the large Balasausqandiq vanadium deposit in
Southern Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce that it has been
informed that on 21 November 2023, James Turian, non-executive
director, purchased 55,288 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 9.375p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase Mr Turian has a beneficial interest of
500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
