             Result of EGM and change of name to CamAxys Group PLC


At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, all the
resolutions proposed were duly passed.  As a result, the proposed change of name
of the Company to CamAxys Group PLC announced on 17 December 2002 is now
effective.

10 January 2003.
