The issuer has made the following amendment to the SAR - Gaskell Plc
announcement released today at 11.46 under RNS No 7042O.

Section 2 was omitted and should read 'Resultant total holding of voting shares 
(and % of total voting shares in issue)' 1,183,146, (4.83%). The 'Total 
percentage' should read 4.83%.

The 'Party making disclosure' should read 'Unicorn Asset Management' and not 
'Eaglet Investment Trust Plc' as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.
