Timing of Forthcoming Meetings

On 29 August the Company announced that it had reached agreement with DAGG LLP to repay part of the only secured debt of the Company, subject to the approval by Shareholders in a General Meeting of the authorities to allot the new Ordinary Shares.

Further, at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held on 18 April 2023, Resolution 1, to receive and consider the Company's audited Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 October 2022, was adjourned for consideration at a Reconvened AGM.

The Company has decided that the General Meeting and the Reconvened AGM will be held on the same day which is expected to be before the end of October 2023. A further announcement will be made in the coming days to advise of the date of the meetings and the availability of the notices for those meetings.

Ahead of the meeting the Company expects to provide an update on developments with the Project and the associated discussions.
