Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC announces that Angus Macpherson will be retiring from the Board around the end of the first quarter of 2024. The timing of this is subject to a suitable successor being appointed. Angus Macpherson joined the Board in 2017 and became Chairman in 2019.

Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC hereby gives notification that Angus Macpherson, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director on the board of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc, with effect from 6 October 2023, and Chair Designate.
