PILAT TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

SHARE OPTIONS


On 30 June 2005, Pilat Technologies International Limited (the "Company")
announced the grant of options to David Sapiro, a director and Chief Executive
Officer, over 1,100,000 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each in the Company (the "
Options").  The grant of the Options was expressed to be subject to the approval
of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting. (the "AGM").

At the AGM, which was held on 11 August 2005, the grant of the Options was not
approved by shareholders.

As a result, Mr Sapiro's existing options over 1,500,000 shares in the Company
at exercise prices of 9 pence, 15 pence and 20 pence remain in place.
