Result of EGM

Palmaris, the investment company with a 16.1% holding in Scottish Resources Group Limited ("SRG"), announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM was duly passed.

In addition, the resolution to re-register the Company as a private limited company (and amend the Company's articles accordingly) was duly passed.

Consequently, the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 15 November 2012 with the cancellation of trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM becoming effective at 7.00 am on 16 November 2012.
