ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on 14 July 2022 at 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF. The following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:

   --           Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2022 ("2022 Annual Report"); 
   --           Notice of AGM 2022 and; 
   --           Form of Proxy.
