Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 16 January 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ('Berenberg'), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 January 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").
