You example are not biotech drugs or were companies that passed the criteria to be accepted by a major exchange. NWBO was booted out of a major exchange and meets virtually none of the criteria required to be admitted to with NASDAQ or NYSE. Sorry, none of your examples were OTC or a biotech drug
