Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

As previously disclosed, on May 31, 2023, IMAC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company was not in compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement of $2.5 million for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the “Equity Rule”).

 

On July 17, 2024, the Company was notified by Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement. The Company remains subject to a one-year “Panel Monitor” as that term is defined by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B).
