5.1M shares is the assumed OS of Siyata before merger. At the time of my post another 34M shares would be issued if the merger happened now and the combined OS of the merged company would be 39M shares.

Newbyera has a "contract" with Moremo to supply all operational personnel to Newbyera. Therefore neither Newbyera nor Core Gaming have any employees. This is all a backdoor operation for the Chinese company Moremo.

Aitan is just a front. He and his partners at CORE are just allowed to skim a little off of the top. In my opinion of course.

I noticed they retained their chartered accountants starting in 2024. I've seen the name Bush and Associates CPA LLC before. And they recently (November 2024) were sanctioned by the PCAOB.

What strikes me as odd is that Moremo Network Limited is claimed to be a "holding company." Holding companies, for the most part, don't structure themselves as "revenue generating" operations. They generally will use subsidiaries, such as Newbyera. And the fact Newbyera was incorporated in 2021 (which I will assume they started making revenues at that precise time) and made $38.9 million is quite a feat. Especially since Aitan claims their primary source of revenue is from "advertising."

The most telling to me is the withholding of financial statements. If they are so great, why? People withhold information when they have something to hide. Amazing that the "going-to-the-moon" people just want to others to ignore the actual "going" part of that.

My biggest question is (and maybe I missed it somewhere), how did Aitan and this Chinese company know each other? He incorporates Core Gaming in May of 2024 and by June he is "acquiring" this business. Through a share exchange agreement.

Core Gaming is less than a year old, has no office, operations or employees.

I would say the giveaway was "our registered and principal executive offices are located at 25 SE 2nd Avenue Ste. 550 Miami, Florida 33131" which is a month-to-month virtual mailbox. 🤣

Aitan is just a figurehead. CORE Gaming smacks of a massive BS operation. Core Gaming is less than a year old, has no office, operations or employees. It acquired Newbyera 9 months ago by a stock transfer with a Chinese company named Moremo who spun it (Newbyera) off to CORE Gaming. That means it is like a reverse merger and the vast majority of the stock is owned by Moremo so they control the company. And Moremo retains operational control, offices and employees. They just "hired" Aitan because of his ability to promote scams. CORE Gaming has done NOTHING to demonstrate that it or Newbyera can effectively manage this company independently and there is no indication that Moremo could not yank it's tech back after the merger. Moreover, they have hidden this fact in a deluge of data, the needle in the haystack.

Poor shareholders think this merger is with CORE Gaming.....it is not, it is with Moremo who REALLY owns CORE Gaming. And Moremo (the Chinese Company) will be the new owners of Siyata. Why do people think Aitan is withholding the Q3 statement? It is to hide the sleazy details above that all happened in Q3. Disclosed Financial data from CORE Gaming is a year old now.

So, let me get this straight.

This guy formed a company in May of 2024 called "Core Gaming Inc."

He "acquired" a company called Newbyera Technology Limited in June of 2024.

This Newbyera company, which was incorporated in 2021 as a private entity in Hong Kong, "supposedly" had "audited" revenues of $38.9 million in 2022 and $57 million in 2023.

You are telling me that this guy bought a company from Hong Kong that made $38.9 million dollars in the first year of existence and was sold to someone that started a company in 2024? And it was "acquired" two months later? 🤣😂

Absurd BS. Using a post merger valuation with a premerger O/S is abysmal logic. At the current price the company would issue 35M shares.

Price when Merger was announced was 4.20, Price now is 4.70. Granted, it is a 12% increase but saying it is up from the low is the same as saying it is down from the high of 44.77 a year ago. It is important to note the history of dilution and reverse splits here. 1 for 18,270,000 in the last 4.5 years.

There was an increase in the market cap to 5.10 million while the share price is at $1.70

I saw that. It was from a bot. It is BS. It is derived by dividing the pretend value of CORE Gaming by the existing OS with no consideration of the associated dilution.

Valuing the merged company at $47 BILLION is insane. But not near as bad as touting it.
