Inflation is at its highest level in 40 years. The consumer price index (CPI) surged 7.9% over the last 12 months, the biggest spike since 1982. Unfortunately, the inflation rate might not cool off anytime soon, given the persistent supply chain issues and spiking energy prices following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

This elevated level of inflation is painful as a consumer. However, some companies benefit from inflation, which can boost returns for their investors. nice and steady once the infrastructure talks start to gain steam in a few months down the road this one will be ready.

next will be infrastructure plays when the congress will focus on that after the coronavirus bill. This time will be coordinated effort unlike last time imo.

holding nicely here once everything settles down the congress will be looking at infrastructure bill to kickstart the economy. at least to 50's again when that happens imo

also the congress were working on the trillion dollar infrastructure bill once the conoravirus bills are done, will be more urgent push for that bill to kickstart the economy.

This is a strong, safe long term hold. Not very interesting for the day traders but over the long run this one will be there for you.

I'm surprised more not following. It's been a good 4 years, even with the strong dollar. Currency corrections should make it race when they come.
